Pool Deck Resurfacing FAQ's
What products do you use?
We primarily use two products - Rubber Stone and Vuba Stone. They are both porous surfaces that get applied over the existing surface. Rubber Stone is made with rubber granules, and Vuba Stone is made with marble stones. They each come with a product warranty.
How long does installation take?
For most projects, installation is done in 1-2 days. After that, the surface needs 24-48 hours to cure, and you are ready to use it again. If we were to start Monday, you'll be using your surface again by the weekend.
What if the existing surface is damaged?
When we come out to take a look at your project, we can assess the damage. Rubber Stone and Vuba Stone can be applied over existing surfaces, even if there are cracks or if the surface is uneven. Sometimes we will need to prep the surface by repairing some of the damage or using other materials to strengthen the base layer.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, unlike concrete and other traditional surfacing materials, there is a product warranty on Rubber Stone and Vuba Stone.
